Position: Production Assistant

Pay Range: $30,000 to $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the scale of the production.

Location: Onsite, Remote Work

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative and logical support to the production team.

• Assist with organizing schedules, meetings, and production documents.

• Coordinate communication between different departments and team members.

• Run errands, make deliveries, and perform other tasks as needed.

• Assist with set-up and breakdown of equipment and production spaces.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Familiarity with the animation production process and software, digital file management, or video editing tools.

• A team player with strong organizational and communication skills, willing to pitch in wherever it’s needed.

• A strong attention to details to ensure that all aspects of production run smoothly. Able to spot errors or inconsistencies and address them promptly to prevent delays of mistakes

• Adaptable, able to handle changing priorities or last-minute requests. Should be flexible and able to adjust their plans as needed to accommodate new developments.

• A combination of organizational skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, teamwork, adaptability, time-management, and a passion for animation.
